GeneroCity Capital is seeking impact investors to participate in the Cascade Settlement Services Fund 1 (Fund), a filer and purchaser of commercial class action settlements that has generated over 40M in projected claim value on a spend of under 5M. The Fund anticipates a net profit of 100M over the next 3-5 years.
